• Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your package is shipped

• We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen factors such as weather disruptions, courier service interruptions, or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at the time of placing the order

8. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the custom, hygienic, and handmade nature of our MWK press-on nails, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason other than verified transit damage.

Transit Damage Claims

If you believe your order was damaged in transit:

1. You must email us within 48 hours of delivery at mwk@gemeauxbeauty.com.

2. Your email must include:

   • Clear photographs of the outer packaging and damaged product

   • A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed condition

   • Your full name and order number

Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review or refund.

Refund Timelines (Applicable Only If Approved)

If your claim is approved after internal quality and damage verification:

• Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days

• The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

• Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway

• No cash refunds or credits to alternate accounts will be issued
